Renegades International Training Session

Cardio - 4X/week

This includes your training with your club team. If you train 3X/week then you must do Cardio once a week. If you train 4X/week go for a 45-minute jog on your own.
Interval runs:

- Jog ¾ of a block, run ¼ of a block.
- Jog ½ a block, run ½ a block.
- Jog ¼ of a block, run ¾ of a block.
- Jog full block.
- Run full block.
- Repeat and do this for half an hour.
- Jogging – 45 - minute jog.

Game Study - 1X/week

Watch a game on TV or live
What system did they play? How did it work? Who Won?
Play FIFA or any soccer game, but only use one player.
(Preferably the position you play.)
When you watch a game, the main thing to watch is the player who plays your position.
Watch what they do when they make runs.

 

Ball Skills- 3X/week

30 minutes each session
Juggle
Shooting/Passing
Control
Try new tricks and perfect them

 

Core Training- Every night

50 push-ups
50 sit-ups

 

** These segments will increase in time! Work hard now so that when we increase the workouts you will not be left behind. **


We will split the team in 2 and have a challenge on which team can complete their training requirements.
We will be tracking your training one way or another whether it be on the website or through myself, so at the end of each week email me what you have completed in detail.
